Cook by myself and not too much food cut food bills. Very easy meal... just microwave...: ) not cooking, though..very quick. One dish veggies:Use a lot of vegetables. Dressings:salsa sauce (I'm salsa addict), olive oil + balsamic vinegar, cranberry vinegar or so. or no dressing with dried berries and nuts. Main:I add tofu, chicken breast and turkey breast, fish, cell fish Coffee:Decaf coffee and natural sweetener or agape syrup with soy sauce Products:From farmer's market, Grocery Outlet, cheap products shop near my house Yogurt:With oatmeal, berries and non-fat yogurt Bread:I love bread!! I always try new one in the town. Whole grain is good. Low calories things:Mushroom, seaweed or so. For transplant recipient need to pay attention to infection, so non-organic products is good, organic products have some fungus, germs...I heard, so I can save money more!!
